Mixed Media Challenge #6

Continuing the series of swaps designed to challenge participants to not only try something new but have fun playing with their art supplies.

"Patriotism" is the next challenge! Using a sturdy substrate (base), create a mixed media art piece for your partner. The only restrictions are as follows:

1) Substrate should be sturdy enough to hold the weight of the mixed media. Foam core, an old hardbound book cover or canvas/canvas panel are some good examples.

2) Size should be at least 3" x 3". Of course, you can go larger.

3) This challenge is based on the theme "Patriotism". You may use any mediums to create a design of your choice.
