Make certain your page measure 5" wide by 7" long and has a sturdy base.

I think a lot of mixed media artists cover up a LOT of what they create. You may do that as well, but you might choose to let more of your work shine through in your final creation. I could barely pick out her butterflies when she was finished.

Colors are up to you--create with what inspires you! Chagall said, 'All colors are the friends of their neighbors and the lover of their opposites.' Color it up in whatever colors speak to you!
