| For Day 35, we'll be following THIS tutorial to create 3 book page pockets for our partners. Juni creates several different style pockets; choose 3 different styles and create 1 of each style. The pockets Juni creates are unembellished. Let's embellish ours! The theme for embellishments is: WOODLAND Use glue, double-sided tape, or sewing to create your pockets. Use any type of embellishments you like--images, die cuts, rubber stamps, ribbon, fabric, lace, postage stamps, etc. Very simple instructions--you should be able to create these rather quickly so I'm leaving a shorter time between sign-up and send. Make certain that the height of your pockets does not exceed 6.5" and the width 4.5". We can use these in our 5"x7" junk journals or as stand-alone embellishments. It is not a requirement to include multiple items inside your created pockets; that said, it would be nice to insert a little tag or simple embellishment to make the project look finished. Let's play with our books to create beautiful things for our partners! | |
