International Eat Ice Cream For Breakfast Day is Saturday, February 1st. Since we can't send ice cream, we can make a mail art envie of ice cream. Using stickers, cut outs from a ice cream box, washi, stamps or whatever you can to make a nice front of an evie to send to your partner.
