Hi swappers! These look fun and easy! We'll be following Pam's (The Paper Outpost) tutorial, found HERE to create a lovely Jack & Jill pocket (with tags/inserts) for our partners. I've never heard these side-by-side pockets called, 'Jack & Jill' pockets before, but I love that name! The size of the pocket you create will depend upon the book page you use. Try to find a book page that will yield a pocket no smaller than 3"x4" (larger is fine). Cover the inside with paper or fabric and embellish the fronts on each side. Insert a little something in Jack & Jill ;+)--a tag, some pretty paper, a bit of ephemera, etc. Let's make pockets! | |
