For this swap you'll have one partner that you'll send a tv or movie cartoon PC to, these can range from anything like Disney, Peanuts, Nickelodeon to something as obscene as Fritz the Cat, as long as it's a cartoon from tv or film! Must be store bought and naked and stamped! 4.98 or higher. Newbies must have at least 25 completed and rated type 2 or type 3 swaps! No recent 1s or 3s. No flakers or duplicate profiles! I'll be checking all profiles before assigning partners!
