My HERITAGE - #1 - Vegetarian Recipe Swap!

I will be doing a recipe series of these swaps (Not all will be vegetarian)

For this swap you will be sending your partner a SENDER'S CHOICE VEGETARIAN recipe (written or typed) on a recipe card.

The recipe you choose needs to be something from your cultural background. Are you 1/2 Greek on your dad's side? 1/4 Italian and 1/4 Irish on your mom's side? Do you have Chinese or Romanian, Czechoslovakian, Peruvian etc...?

What I want you to do is to pick part of your heritage and find a vegetarian swap to send to your partner! Nice!

So for me, I am Scottish, Native American, Spanish, Irish, Dutch and Filipino (all mixed into one person ! ) My partner wont know what they will receive but they can rest assured it will be a vegetarian dish :)
