Find a picture or photo of a person, and....give them a costume! Send it to your partner. Make it at least ATC-sized (2.5”x3.5”), bigger is ok. You can use collage, paint, whatever you need, just do your best work. Add your swap name and the name of this swap. Happy Halloween!
