Monthly Christmas tag-February

For our second tag, for our Monthly Tag Collections, we will make a tag with a snowman. It should be 3 x5” and covered with pretty Christmas scrapbook paper on the front and back. The caveat for this tag, since it is a February tag, is for the tag to feature a heart some where on the tag. The snowman might be holding a tag or the tag have a heart added to the snowman. Ribbons and or lace should be inserted into the hole at the top. At least 3 pieces of ribbon and or lace.
