USAPC: Fins, Feathers Frog Tags: Feathers!

Hi swappers!

This is the second swap in the Fins, Feathers, and Frog series!

For this swap, you'll be creating a tag featuring something with feathers. Your tag should be the size of a #6 shipping tag (2-5/8"x5-1/4"). You may certainly cut your own tag base out of something sturdy. Each tag in the series of 3 will be the same size and we'll do them in order (fins, feathers, frog).

You may use any technique you like to complete your tag. Some suggestions: collage, rubber-stamped images, decoupaged napkin, or any other technique you choose.
