iM serious. No skills needed.

The postcard:

Create a green postcard. Thats IT. LOL. Well, not quite. As long as its green. You can even pile a buncha green ephemera on the post and glue or sew it down.

How cool n' simple?

I mean flecks of other colour OK but primarily green.

The backing/substrate:

You can use a exisiting postcand and cover that or use a sturdy piece of cardstock, the inside of a cereal box. But do cover it completely.

The hair:

Just let your hair down and glue and colour. LOL
