Brusho/Watercolor Powders on Gel Plate

For this swap, we are going to use Brusho/watercolor powders on our gel plate to make a fun background and then with this background you will make your partner something which could include a tag, a card, an ATC, a MemoryDex, or an index card, etc. Here is a tutorial of how to do this technique CLICK HERE.
