YTPC: Easy Paper Tassels

Hi swappers!

For this swap, we'll be following along with Cathy in THIS tutorial to create 2 paper tassels for our partners.

Cathy uses a very specific formula for her tassels; you may use any papers, laces, etc., you like, with a minimum of 6 layers total. Please be certain that each layer is a bit longer than the previous layer, so all the layers can be seen at a glance.

Use colors, patterns, and themes that inspire your creativity.

You may package your layers and pins separately to avoid extra postage costs; just be certain you have the layers for each of your tassels bundled together. Your pins will then be gloriously FLAT!
