However you want to interpret the categories is up to you. Get creative with this and send your partner a health-o-riffic package!

Items can be store bought and/or hand made, its up to you, the sender. Value before shipping $3-$5. This swap is US & Canada only.

this is on my watchlist too. i was hoping though to get some examples for each, anyone want to share any ideas?

Here are a few examples that I have thought of: handmade bath salts (or store bought organic things of that genre), something yoga, some nice tea, some lovely meditation or music CD, some puzzles to exercise the brain, some poetry that you have written, or your favorite poet written on a pretty card (Rumi-ish perhaps), something chakra (I may run a swap just for chakras, stay tuned), a bookmark or book...a gratitude journal, a healthy protein bar, your fave healthy recipe for a on the go snack or smoothie etc. on a pretty card, an aromatherapy candle...does that help?
