YTPC: Halloween-Themed Folio US ONLY

Hi swappers!

For this swap, you'll be following Gi Kerr in THIS tutorial to create a folio for your partners.

Obviously, Gi does NOT create with a Halloween theme . . . but you will ;+) There are many, many steps in the video; the requirement is that you follow and complete all steps shown UP TO the 24 minute mark. Adding the extra steps past 24 minutes is your choice.

Please add a few goodies inside each pocket/tuck and remember to go with a Hallowen theme.
