Use a theme and colors that inspire your creativity--perhaps autumn or Halloween or vintage--whatever you find most pleasing. Let's go with (approximately) the same sizes as shown in the video. If you don't have a particular item, be creative and do something else--as always, the tutorials are meant for inspiration, not duplication.
