Description:
This swap is to decorate an ATC (Artist Trading Card) and send it to your partner. Has to be 3.5 inches x 2.5 inches in size. You are welcome to check your Partners Profile and see what they like and decorate the ATC Profile-Based. However this is not a requirement. Making this a Type 3 Swap due to it being a craft swap...but you can make it relatively flat to save on postage.
