Description:
Create an ATC completely covered in used postage stamps. Usual ATC rules apply -- an ATC must be 2.5" x 3.5". It can be positioned either vertically or horizontally. It should be sturdy. On the back, write your real name, your swap-bot name, the date, the title (if there is one) and the swap name. Some fun postage stamp reuse images here.
