I recently read/thumbed through the beautiful art book called "Book Marks: An Artist's Card Catalog" and now I am so inspired to create a small collection of cards of books of different genres. This is the first round.... so each round I would like to focus on 2 different genres. THIS ROUND SELECT 2 BOOKS (you have read) IN EACH OF THESE GENRES AND CREATE BOOK CARDS OF EACH FOR EACH PARTNER-

HISTORICAL FICTION

You will have 3 partners and for each of them you create 3x5 inch library cards (see illustration) that must include:

1. book title

2. author

3. year first published

4. a quote from the text (on the back side)

5. some kind of illustration/design that relates to the text(on the front)

You can order blank library cards on Amazon. They may be white or the colored ones. Either works
