Continuing on for FALL! Fall is my favorite time of the year so here we go again with this Swap! The guidelines are EASY PEASY! Send your Partner 3-4 items that remind you of FALL!. These can be Notecards, PostCards, Sticker Sheets, etc. (Please send something you would like to receive!). No single stickers (must be a full sheet, no Kiddie or Reward).
