USATC: It's not all material

Fabrics of all kinds are the key to this ATC! You do not need a sewing machine to create your fabric ATC. You can glue your fabric down, hand stitch, staple, etc.

Your ATC must be a minimum of 90% fabric. Materials can be cheesecloth, burlap, cotton, denim, velvet, lace, batik, linen, fabric tape, and soooo many more! Adding non-fabric embellishments is ok as long as it's only about 10% of the overall design. (Swap image is from LoveLucie).
