• Unrated swappers with fully filled-out profiles

• No questionable swappers, no recent 1s or 3s

• No mention in any flakers groups

• No late swaps on dash

• Must have logged into SB within 2 days of signup date or you will be removed

• Understands that the Send By date is a requirement not a suggestion

• I will angel any flakers once and only once a 1 rating has been given.

• I will review and remove swappers up thru sign up date and will remove anyone who may be a problem swapper.
