For this swap you will take a card that has already been mailed, used, or maybe is just a sort of ad card you normally wouldn't have use for in a PC swap. Add to it some art, collage, maybe just a cool sticker design and turn it into a worthy swap! You should mail as a PC with your own message. Group rating applies along with logging in three days before swap starts with no late swaps on dash.
