This is a US Swap. 1 partner, 1 handmade postcard made by you that is HALLOWEEN themed! I'll host a few of these leading up to the holiday. Your pc should be sturdy and well mod-podged (or similar or mail in clear envelope) if it's collaged. You can draw, paint, stitch, collage, stamp, stencil, etc - all mediums are welcome.
