One Partner: One 3 x 5” Index Card Create a triptych Index Card for your partner. Divide your card into 3 parts. They do not need to be exact thirds, just 3 sections in total. Use any theme you desire & embellish as you wish. Use sturdy material to mount your card, include the group name, swap title, your name & date created on the back. Place in protective cover or sleeve before mailing.
