VJP: January Blues

This swap isn't about depression...it's about the color blue! Let's create a lovely 4x6 journal page that has a blue tint. By that, I mean that blues in various shades should be the major color on the page, but you may certainly use other colors as you like...similar to the swap graphic. Mostly blue, with pops of other colors as your artistic muse leads you. Please use a firm, yet flexible backing...something like a manila file folder piece or a mid-weight cardstock. Lots of us like to glue these pages into our own journals, so we don't want a page made of cardboard or anything stiff. I hope you have a wonderful time putting this together; I can't wait to see the page I receive!
