Easy ATC ... create a standard 2.5" x 3.5" ATC using decorative scissors (scallop, Aztec, zig zag, etc). Pleases use at least 2 different decorative scissor "shapes". Subject is up to creator. Add your name, swap name, date created, title (if you have one). Include a note detailing scissor type you used. Place in protective covering to mail.
