Each of the three pocket fronts should be well decorated in a blue theme. Keep it fairly flat so it'll mail for a 1 ounce stamp.

The pocket fillers should be three different blue colored items (punchies, stickers, washi, fussy cuts, atc coin/blanks, swap cards, address labels, sticky notes, memo sheets, etc).

Please fill each pocket and be as generous as possible without going overweight.
