TOUGH: 250 Years of Mail - Send a Trio!

The USPS will be cancelling mail sent from July through August with a National Postmark commemorating our Nation's 250th anniversary!

I am excited to receive a few of these tiny collectible pieces from my friends and fellow swappers!

Requirements:

• Mail each of your 3 (three) partners
• Three (3) separate items
• Write a fun fact or something carrying the spirit of the semiquincentennial to your partners
• Rate promptly after receiving the third/final item
• Have fun & be kind - this swap is about the joy of correspondence

BONUS if you use a 2026 Anniversary stamp on the envelopes!

Item choices can be a store-bought or handmade postcard, note card, stationery, letter set, greeting card, or piece of mail art.

Each must be different, so we're not sending three postcards or two note cards and a greeting card, etc. Send three distinct types of mail to your partners.

Also, make certain they are each provided their own postage and sent separately. It's fine to mail them all the same day or spread them out throughout the month. The idea is to increase the odds they'll receive at least one good-clear postmark on a piece of happy mail from you.

Of course, if you're like me and want to walk the mail into your PO asking for a hand-cancel that would be fun. But it's not required.

Let's celebrate 250 years of the USA and the USPS - the service that's older than the country itself!
