AIA: Translucent Waxed Tags

You'll make TWO lovely translucent waxed tags for your partner following the linked video below.

Note: She uses acetate for the clear base and tissue paper (or use a single layer of napkin) for the decorative background. Those little beads are wax beads, but you can use grated paraffin or candle shavings for the wax as well to achieve the translucency (colored candles may add a nice tint, who knows!) Then embellish a bit and add toppers to both.
