Hi swappers . . . Let's follow along with Pam in THIS TUTORIAL -- another of her 15-minute challenges. I don't know if she gives a size of the beginning piece, so let's start with a piece measuring 6" x 7", which will measure 3" x 7" when folded. Use any papers you like--scraps, tea-dyed, scrapbook paper, music paper, etc. and embellish with anything you like. Theme is sender's choice. Remember to add a tag into that side pocket, too.
