Ok, confession time: I love the sunburst look in cards and scrapbooking/journaling, but I just cannot make it look as nice as the samples! But then I came across this tutorial and I feel hopeful! Jennifer Frost makes 2 sunburst cards from scraps and what I like is how she leaves space between the beams. It feels more whimsical and like having crooked papers is ok. (haha) Choose one of the cards to make (full card or half beam), using your leftover scraps to send to your partner. No envelopes needed.
