The girls will craft some fantastic items for a spooktacular Halloween Happy Mail Swap. To allow time for crafting and learning how to use scissors, the send by day will be September 30th. No rules except the first swap being somewhat flat for mailing. Show off your glue skills and make some ghoulish little stuff.
