One recipe doesn't sound like much, but if it is a GREAT recipe, it can make all the difference in you day. I've been sending out my neighbor's recipe for Turkey Pasta Soup for years - it is a quick and easy recipe that is healthy and delicious. It is what i make when nothing appeals to me = and it is always satisfying. Hopefully someone will send me something equally good!
