We will be creating an ATC celebrating the wonderful funky hats of yesterday. The subject of your ATC must be wearing a vintage hat! Their hats ranged from funky to beautiful, I really think you could tell alot about their personalities by the hats they wore! Create ONE ATC for one partner. Please makes a beautiful "vintage" atc for your partner, make sure its something you would be happy to receive and your subject must be wearing a hat!
