Make a fabric card in the shape of a fish. You can do it!! Mail it without an envelope by covering it with a layer of tulle to keep your embellishments intact. I hosted one of these a long time ago,it seems. What fun to get a fish out of water in the mail. Start now! Careful with the tail. Your info goes there!

The card must be fish shaped. Find a coloring book for a simple shape or ask a child to draw one. You may embellish however you wish. The tulle will allow you to mail without an envelope.

Some PO are very rigid. I know! Try it. If you can't, you can't. I've mailed them before without an envelope. Postage should be on the body and it should be hand cancelled. If you put a penny stamp on it most will cancel that then let you put it in an envelope. Is that sufficient for an answer?
