One question - do you want the pages uncreased, or does it matter if I fold them once to fit in a regular size envelope?

I would rather have them uncreased, but I don't want to make it a pain for you!!! SO if you cant find an inexpensive way to ship them that won't cause you trouble, go ahead and fold them!! :-)
