ATC featured courtesy of rustycage11 found through flickr. For this round of mermaid ATCs, you will be making a mermaid-related ATC, but you must incorporate an ocean-related quote with it. I just google searched "ocean quotes" and found a bunch of pretty good ones. You can do this, or choose a quote from a mermaid-related story or something. It's up to you. Have fun everyone!
