I dedicate my first swap to @CircularLogic I won't know every member, but I know this one. She's a sweet person.

So, obviously, this swap will be circular in nature. It should be larger than 2x2ish but smaller than a postcard. The rest is up to you.

Steampunk? A pie? An onion? lol. Just have fun and be creative.

Being new I'm a bit lost, this is and ATC, correct? We are just to decorate it with circles?

This is an 'off' ATC actually. The "ATC" must be circular in nature. The circular-ness should be around the same size (no bigger than 3.5 inches no smaller than 2.5 inches). I hope this clears up any confusion. If not, PM me and I will try to be more specific.

So is it an ATC with a circle theme???? or something circular??? about the size of an ATC??
