Description:

This is a partner generated swap so please read carefully. You create one original hand painted and or drawn ATC. You can use any supplies ( ink, pencil, water color, acrylic, Sharpe, ect…). You will pick one of the birds that your partner has listed under the swap. You can do a flock or just a part of your partner’s bird but they must be able to recognize that it is one of the birds they have listed. Have fun and don’t forget to rate. It is such a nice way to say thank you.

Requirements:

  1. One original hand drawn or painted ATC of a bird that your partner has posted

  2. Post 2-5 birds that you like that your partner can use as inspiration.

  3. Include your name and swap information so your partner can rate you.

I'm sorry, but I'm going to drop from the swap. I'm a little worried my drawing abilities may fall short of being able to render a particular bird, realistically. I'm nervous I will end up rated down because one could argue the bird's markings are imperfect, etc.

blue-footed booby, hoopoe, kingfisher, roseate spoonbill, western bluebird (Sialia mexicana), green-crowned woodnymph (Thalurania fannyi), resplendent quetzal.

you should be able to find pictures of most of these at animaldiversity.org (except the hoopoe - and better quetzal photos can be found at other sources)

AW! @KristinaLynn your ATCs are fabulous! I'm sure no one would have rated you down! I guess we did get carried away naming birds, huh? It was just so fun! LOL!
