1 Altered Tin for 1 partner - Theme is Senders Choice

  • Use an Altoid sized tin which is approximately 4" by 3"

  • Make it three-dimensional. Meaning, include embellishments besides just flat paper.

  • Include at least 2 little surprises inside it for your partner. Could be a couple little craft supplies, something off of their profile, a set of twinchies, a handmade charm, etc. The focus is the tin.

Make an effort and make it something you would love to receive!

2 quick tips to altering recycled tins:

1- A small butane torch will take the paint off very quickly and easily.

2- A metal hammer, when used on the inside of an open tin placed on concrete, will flatten out the raised lettering with little to no effort. The weight of the hammer does 90% of the work.

cant wait to start but im waiting on my tin to come from USA as doing swap with one of the girls in group she offered to send me one.May come before then fingers crossed. judex
