Another in the opera series. Hope you are enjoying learning about the various operas! Turandot is set in Peking in legendary times. In a quarter swarming with people near the Forbidden City, a Mandarin reads an edict: any prince seeking to marry Princess Turandot must answer three riddles - and if he fails, he will die. This is an opera composed by Giacomo Puccini. Have fun with this one.
