Hi there! 👋 My name is Andrea, I'm 42 years old and I live in Germany. I'm not completely new to the happy mail community, but I still consider myself a bit of a beginner. ✉️

Before joining here, I’ve mainly been active on Postcrossing and in a few Discord swap groups, where I’ve taken part in Washi tape swaps, sticker exchanges, and even a Happy Mail swap. I really enjoy sending and receiving creative mail, decorating envelopes, and adding a personal touch to everything I send out.

I’m super excited to start swapping here on Swap-bot and to meet other creative people from all around the world. 💌 I can’t wait to see what wonderful swaps are waiting ahead!

I’m not picky or set in very specific preferences – I truly appreciate anything that is chosen with a bit of thought and joy. I value the spirit of swapping and the happiness behind each item more than perfection

Colors I particularly love: I especially appreciate deep, natural tones such as dark forest green 🌲✨, emerald green 💚🌿, and dark petrol/teal/turquoise shades 🧿🌊.

I find these colors especially beautiful when combined with gold ✨🏺, as they have a calming yet powerful and elegant effect 🌿.

In general, I enjoy all colors 🌈 and I’m happy with a wide range of color combinations: Deep violet, Mauve, blush/dirty pink (not overly cute or pastel), Taupe, Indigo and all the colors of the Rainbow— but green and teal tones are definitely among my personal favorites 💚🦚.

My aesthetic heart lives somewhere deep within enchanted forests, moonlit paths and ancient stories whispered by trees. I am drawn to styles that feel mystical, grounded, magical and full of atmosphere. Some of my favorite aesthetics include:

I enjoy a wide range of creative activities, including paper crafts, postcards, jewelry making, flipbooks, and happy mail filled with small surprises. I love mixing different materials, textures, and ideas – always curious to discover new techniques.

💌 What I Enjoy Most

For me, crafting is a calm, mindful activity – almost like meditation.

One of my favorite parts of this hobby is putting swaps together. I truly enjoy every step of the process. It brings me a lot of joy to imagine the happiness on someone’s face when they open their mail.

🌱 Always Learning

I wouldn’t call myself a veteran crafter – there is always something new to explore! I love trying different styles and techniques, and I enjoy the creative journey just as much as the result.

🎨 New Creative Adventures

I’m currently excited to start making ATCs (Artist Trading Cards). The small format and the idea of trading miniature pieces of art with others really inspires me and fits perfectly with my love for creative sharing.

✨ Postcard Swaps I absolutely love postcard swaps! I also collect postcards and have a large personal collection with many themes and styles. I store the postcards I receive in special postcard folders, so every card truly has a home. I enjoy sending beautiful postcards as well and love joining themed postcard swaps.

🎨 Washi Tape Swaps I have a huge washi tape collection – and I love sharing it! Washi samples in different themes, textures or finishes are always exciting, and I enjoy both sending and receiving them.

🧵 Crafting & Stationery Swaps I enjoy “a little bit of everything” swaps including stickers, memo sheets, die cuts, ephemera, journaling cards, envelopes, and other creative stationery goodies.

🍵 Tea Swaps I enjoy trying different teas. Tea swaps are such a warm and comforting surprise in the mail.

💌 Greeting Card Swaps Whether it’s Christmas, birthdays, seasonal holidays or special occasions throughout the year – I love greeting card swaps that spread joy and celebration.
