Oh, DeviantART does e-mail you. But, for some reason or another, DeviantART only sends e-mails to my hotmail account and not my gmail one. Because gmail is my busier (and business) account, I tend to check it way more than my hotmail one. I need to try and figure out how to fix that with DeviantART, haha.
I actually use DeviantART everyday, it's the submitting that takes me awhile. Instead of submitting one drawing here or there, I like to finish multiple pieces then bombard my watchers with more than one piece to enjoy after waiting so long. While drawing the piece itself does take me awhile, it's the colouring part that really takes up my time. Even so, it's my favorite <3
Oh! Look at that - there's a star in front of my name on DeviantART! Wow. I haven't seen one of those right there in forever, haha. I've been saving and using a lot of my funds in order to help my mother with her spinal disease, so this is truly a delight. Gosh, you didn't have to go and do that - but it's deeply appreciated. I'm going to really enjoy this month on DeviantART - all thanks to the sweetie Mesha!
Oh! Real quick. I was going to say this on my last post, but completely forgot. You can go ahead and ignore my little quirk on DeviantART, which is typing the first letter of all my sentences in capitol letters.
I joined DeviantART seven years ago, and because I'm such a neat and clean freak, for some reason or another - I thought typing like that looked extremely neat. I was a teenager back then, go figure.
Because I've been on the website for so long (and am kind of known for typing like that on the website), it just stuck. Nathan knows the scientific term for it, but I can't remember it for the life of me. Thank heavens that's the only website I type like that on, haha.
Aw? There's no need to apologize about dozing off. Everyone needs sleep. Trust me, if I wasn't on a night schedule - I probably would've dozed off along with you, haha.
I'd love to figure out a name for it, but it'd probably end up being our own little lingo. Which, in all honesty, wouldn't bother me! If anything, it'd be extremely cute.

It's amazing how one's art style works, huh? Especially if you're coupled with an artist when you're one yourself. He constantly says he wants my art style and I constantly say that I want his. You're your own worst critique, haha.

Deer-eyed? Oh, what a cute term! As for the name I was talking about - right beneath "Brands, Themes & Characters", you're asking if the style has a name. I love the style just as much as you do, and am unfamiliar with it having a name myself - which is why I said we should make one up, haha.
Yeah, Nathan and I do have similar styles. However, his is far more simplistic as to where mine is more detailed. His style is the type of artwork that you can draw with a massive Sharpie and it'll look perfectly fine. I get real envious of him for that, haha.

I've actually browsed through your profile before too! What amazes me even more is that we both not only had (and have) a long distance relationship, but we also love the exact same style.
