I loved the new term "flexitarian". I must be out of the times. I was vegetarian for 7 years (helped keep off the weight) then had a son and decided to eat meat (hes now 13) - though we tend to eat meat maybe once a month - but my chocoholic nature is what has piled on the pounds the last few years. lol

Honestly, I enjoy Charlaine Harris' other books too. It was funny when True Blood started on HBO, everyone around me was all excited. I had to share with them that I had already read the entire series and that there are actually books out there that the show is based on. I do not have HBO, but I did get the shows from the library. Let's just say that the characters looked better in my head, but it's fun to see whether or not I interpreted the stories correctly. My daughter is 7 too, she enjoys the same type of shows. It can be very hard and time consuming to develop these patterns, kudos to you! North Carolina sounds like a beautiful place -- I've only driven through! I'm down in Florida, which I enjoy, but it's always nice to change things up a bit. How is the winter weather treating you? We were in tank tops and flip flops on Christmas. I am hoping it starts to warm up soon!

I'm of the same opinion regarding religion...let's talk respectfully and not try to "push" anything on anyone. I really get annoyed when people try to "convert" me, and most of the really "die hard" ones can't even discuss it rationally.
