You are very welcome! I have used frozen every time so far, I just let it sit in the fridge for the day or a few hours in a pan, still wrapped in plastic. When you are ready to use it, its just like fresh and you can't tell the difference.
Oh, I'm holding my hamster, Mr Eliot Nibs! (sadly he is gone now!) I know the pic is way too little to see but once it was up I just left it. :) you are the first person to ask, I think!
