For this swap, you will send your partner an envie full of fall/autumn related goodness. The twist: you must send 1 hand-made item that combines fall and coffee! You can send an ATC, a hand-made card or bookmark...the sky's the limit :) Be sure to send only clean, usable items and a note to your partner - you can just say hi or talk about your favorite coffee etc. Have fun!
