A new fun-loving witch has moved into the neighborhood—and it’s you! Are you living in a cozy cottage with a slightly unreliable broomstick? Do you grow enchanted flowers or run a bakery where the cookies occasionally predict the future?

For this swap, invent your witchy alter ego and introduce yourself to your new neighbor!

For each partner, send:

• An imaginative letter of at least one full page, written as the witch next door. Tell your neighbor your witch name, what your home looks like, about your animal familiar, and your magical specialty. Include a funny magical mishap and invite them over for something!
• One handmade potion recipe card. Invent a lighthearted potion such as Instant Cozy Evening, Courage for a Difficult Day, or Find My Missing Socks. Include its name, imaginary ingredients, and instructions. These are fictional recipes—nothing intended to be consumed!
• One small, flat handmade paper gift from your witchy home: a bookmark, a potion label, a drawing of your familiar, or an invitation to tea.

Keep it playful, whimsical, and friendly rather than frightening. You don’t need to be an expert writer or artist—enthusiasm and thoughtful effort are what matter!

Please send physical mail, check your partner’s profile for preferences, and make your handwriting easy to read. Extras are welcome but never required.
