Cartoon Swap - International

In this swap you will each have one partner and you have to send them something to do with THEIR favorite cartoon. Spending limit should be around $5.

It would be nice if you would include a little note saying why this was/is your favorite cartoon, and if it is still playing why they should watch it. This swap is for everybody so international friends are welcome, but you must have a rating of 4.5 or higher with no no-sends and you must have atleast 5 hearts that are not internet only swaps. We are trying to clear out the flakers for this swap. I will ban anyone who does not fit into the stated criteria.
