Comment: Thank you for the great historical B&W photo postcard. Near me there a few interesting museums. In Lockport we have The Illinois State Museum gallery that features different art exhibits often tide to local history. Then neighboring Joliet, has a historical museum that dedicates a good portion to Route 66. They also have an Illinois Rock & Roll Museum on Route 66 and lastly they also have the Old Joliet Prison that offers tours and is famous for being the prison feature in the movie the Blues Brothers.
